These terms apply to every order placed through this online store, and are provided in accordance with section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

What we sell

We sell cosmetic skincare products and sunscreens. Each product page describes the product, its size and its main characteristics. These are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is a claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing here is a substitute for a consultation.

If you have a skin concern, please book an appointment rather than self-treating from a product page. Some products we carry are supplied in clinic only, after assessment, because they are not suitable for everyone.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT at the applicable rate. The price you see is the price you pay for the goods; delivery is charged separately at a flat R100 per order and is shown at checkout before you commit.

Payment is taken online at checkout through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only, at R100 per order. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may cancel within 7 days of delivery under section 44 of the ECT Act, and you have a 6-month right to return defective goods under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act. The full terms are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Stock availability

We make every effort to keep the store accurate, but occasionally an item sells out between your order and our packing it. If that happens we will contact you promptly and offer you an alternative or a full refund. We will not substitute a product without asking you first.

Our financial interest in these products

We earn a retail margin on the products we sell here, and we disclose this in line with the HPCSA Ethical Rules. We receive no commission from any brand. Please read our Product & Prescribing Disclosure.

Your personal information

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, written to comply with POPIA.

Records of your transaction

You will receive an emailed order confirmation and invoice for every purchase. Keep it as your record of the transaction. We can resend it on request.

If something goes wrong

Please contact us first on 031 1000 459 or reception@drramsaroop.co.za. We would far rather resolve a problem directly. If we cannot, you may refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission.
