Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship outside the country.

What it costs

R100 flat rate per order, regardless of the size or weight of your order or where in the country you are. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 12h00 on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, go out the next working day.

Once dispatched, allow 2 to 4 working days for main-centre deliveries and 3 to 5 working days for outlying areas. These are courier estimates, not guarantees, and can stretch over busy periods.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is dispatched. If you have not had that email within two working days of ordering, contact us.

Collection from the practice

If you would rather collect, phone us on 031 1000 459 before ordering and we will arrange it. Collection is free.

Deliveries that go wrong

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us on 031 1000 459 or reception@drramsaroop.co.za and we will trace it with the courier. Please check your parcel on delivery and tell us about any damage within 7 days.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will need to charge the R100 again to send it out a second time.
