Refund policy

Your right to cancel — 7 days

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, you may cancel any order placed on this website within 7 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without giving us an explanation and without penalty.

To cancel, email reception@drramsaroop.co.za or call 031 1000 459 with your order number. Return the goods to us and we will refund the full purchase price within 30 days.

You pay the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
We do not charge any cancellation or restocking fee.
Please return items in their original packaging where you can. It helps us process the refund quickly, but it is not a condition of your right to cancel.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Separately from the 7-day right above, section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 gives you 6 months from delivery to return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not as described. You choose whether you want a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we carry the cost of the return.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photograph if you can. We will arrange collection at our cost and replace or refund it.

Products bought in clinic

This policy covers products bought through this online store. Products bought in person at the practice are handled at reception on the same principles, but the 7-day online cancellation right applies only to distance sales.

A note on opened skincare

We are happy for you to open a product and check it. If you have used something for several weeks and simply did not get on with it, that falls outside both rights above — but do speak to us. Skincare that does not suit you often means the routine needs adjusting rather than the product being wrong, and we would rather help you find something that works.
