How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed. Works within an hour, so it can be taken when needed rather than only on a schedule.

Good to know

Very well tolerated. Tell us if you take blood pressure medication — theanine can lower blood pressure slightly. Not for use in pregnancy or while breastfeeding without advice.
