Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid concentrated in the membranes of brain cells, where it supports neuronal structure and signalling. Taken for memory and concentration, and for its role in moderating the cortisol response to stress. Compounded by Fagron in the strength you choose.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed — in the evening if the aim is cortisol and sleep rather than daytime focus.

Good to know

Allow eight to twelve weeks. Phosphatidylserine has mild blood-thinning activity — tell us if you take an anticoagulant or have surgery planned.
