What it is and what it is used for

A low-dose vitamin D3 capsule. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus for normal bone formation and strength, and contributes to normal muscle function and immune function.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Vitamin D is fat soluble and accumulates in the body — check that you are not doubling up with a multivitamin or another vitamin D product. Speak to your doctor before use if you have kidney stones, kidney disease, sarcoidosis or a high blood calcium level. Vitamin D status is best confirmed with a blood test, which also guides the right dose for you.
