High-strength vitamin B12. B12 is required for normal red blood cell formation, nervous system function and energy metabolism.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

If you are being investigated for anaemia or a B12 deficiency, tell your doctor you are taking this — supplementing beforehand can mask the result. Vitamin B12 by mouth is not a substitute for B12 injections where those have been prescribed.
