Urea 40% + Lactic Acid 5% in UEA Cream (250 ml)

What it is and what it is used for

Urea at 40% with lactic acid at 5%. The two work differently — urea holds water in the skin and breaks down thickened callus, lactic acid loosens the bonds between dead surface cells. Together they handle rough, scaly, hardened skin better than either alone.

How to use

Apply to the affected areas twice daily and rub in well. On heels, apply at night and cover with cotton socks.

Be aware of

Will sting on cracked or broken skin, and lactic acid increases sun sensitivity on exposed areas. Not for the face. If you are diabetic, have your feet assessed before treating cracked heels at home.
