What it is and what it is used for

Higher-strength taurine, a conditionally essential amino acid that supports mitochondrial membrane stability, cellular energy production and antioxidant defences, and takes part in cardiovascular and nervous system function.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Speak to your doctor before use if you have kidney disease, heart failure or bipolar disorder, or if you take lithium. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice.
