What it is and what it is used for

The higher strength of quercetin, a naturally occurring flavonoid with antioxidant activity and a role in supporting a healthy inflammatory response.

Taken to support normal immune function, to help moderate histamine release, and for vascular and cellular protection.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed.

Be aware of

Start on the 250 mg unless we have advised otherwise. Quercetin can interact with some antibiotics and with blood thinners — tell us what else you take.
