What it is and what it is used for

Quercetin is a naturally occurring flavonoid found in onions, apples and capers, with antioxidant activity and a role in supporting a healthy inflammatory response.

It is taken to support normal immune function and to help moderate histamine release — which is why patients often reach for it seasonally — as well as for vascular and cellular protection.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed. The 250 mg is the usual starting strength.

Be aware of

Quercetin can interact with some antibiotics and with blood thinners. Please tell us what else you are taking before starting.
