What it is and what it is used for

Bacillus coagulans (L. sporogenes), a spore-forming probiotic that helps maintain a healthy balance of gut microflora. Stable at room temperature — no refrigeration needed to keep its potency.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Wind and bloating are common in the first few days and usually settle. Speak to your doctor before use if you are immunosuppressed, have a central venous line, or are seriously unwell — live cultures are not recommended in those situations. If taking alongside antibiotics, separate the doses by at least two hours.
