What it is and what it is used for

Pine bark extract and L-arginine together. Both are involved in nitric oxide production, which supports blood vessel relaxation and healthy circulation — relevant to sexual function, energy, endurance and exercise recovery.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Avoid if you have had a recent heart attack. May lower blood pressure — take care if you use blood-pressure medicine, nitrates or medicines for erectile dysfunction. L-arginine can trigger cold sores or shingles in people prone to them and may worsen asthma. Pine bark may affect blood clotting and immune-suppressing medicines. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Persistent erectile difficulty should be assessed by a doctor.
