What it is and what it is used for

Omega-3 fatty acids rich in EPA and DHA. These support cardiovascular health and the body's normal inflammatory response, contribute to brain function and cognition, and are involved in hormonal balance, egg and sperm quality, and normal menstrual cycle function.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Omega-3 at higher doses can increase the risk of bleeding — speak to your doctor if you take warfarin, aspirin or another blood thinner, and stop before planned surgery. Contains fish oil — do not use if you have a fish or seafood allergy. Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. A fishy aftertaste or reflux is common; taking it with food or keeping it refrigerated helps.
