NAD with resveratrol, and milk thistle added for liver support. NAD is a coenzyme central to cellular energy production and repair, and its levels fall with age. Resveratrol is a polyphenol with antioxidant activity that also influences how immune cells signal.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Research on NAD supplementation and ageing is still early — long-term effects in humans are not established. Resveratrol may increase bleeding risk with blood thinners, has mild oestrogen-like activity (avoid in hormone-sensitive conditions), and can raise levels of some medicines. Milk thistle affects how the liver processes certain medicines and should be avoided if you are allergic to plants in the daisy family. Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
