What it is and what it is used for

Methylcobalamin, the bioactive form of vitamin B12, at a maintenance strength. B12 is required for normal red blood cell formation, brain and nerve function, and cellular energy production.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

If you are being investigated for anaemia or a B12 deficiency, tell your doctor you are taking this — supplementing beforehand can mask the result. Oral B12 is not a substitute for B12 injections where those have been prescribed.
