How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber. Please have this strength confirmed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

L-theanine may lower blood pressure and can add to the effect of sedative medicines and alcohol. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice. This is a supplement and is not a treatment for an anxiety disorder — persistent anxiety deserves proper support from a doctor.
