What it is and what it is used for

Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid involved in cardiovascular function, electrolyte balance, cell membrane stability, bile salt formation for fat digestion, and regulation of the nervous system. It also contributes to the body's antioxidant defences.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Speak to your doctor before use if you have kidney disease, heart failure or bipolar disorder, or if you take lithium. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice.
