What it is and what it is used for

Glycine is one of the three amino acids the body uses to build glutathione, its principal antioxidant. It also contributes to cellular growth, mitochondrial function and energy production, and acts as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Speak to your doctor before use if you take clozapine, as glycine may reduce its effect. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice.
