What it is and what it is used for

Glutathione is often called the body's master antioxidant. It is produced naturally in every cell, where it protects against oxidative stress, supports the liver's detoxification pathways and contributes to normal immune function.

It is also taken for skin brightness and an even tone — one of the more common reasons patients ask for it.

How to use

One to two capsules daily, ideally on an empty stomach, or as directed.

Be aware of

Glutathione works best alongside vitamin C, which helps recycle it. Results on skin tone are gradual — allow at least eight to twelve weeks.
