What it is and what it is used for

A broad-spectrum enzyme blend containing amylase, protease, invertase, diastase, lipase, cellulase and lactase. Digestive enzymes break food down into smaller components the body can absorb, and are used to support comfortable digestion of mixed meals.

How to use

One capsule at the start of a main meal, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Not a substitute for prescription pancreatic enzyme replacement where that has been prescribed. Speak to your doctor before use if you have pancreatitis, an active stomach ulcer, or a known enzyme or mould allergy. Persistent indigestion, bloating or change in bowel habit should be assessed by a doctor rather than managed with enzymes alone.
