Creatine monohydrate with added collagen peptides. Creatine helps muscle produce ATP during short bursts of intense activity, supporting strength, power, exercise performance and recovery. Collagen supports connective tissue and joints.

How to use

One measured scoop daily in water or juice, or as directed by your prescriber. Drink plenty of water through the day.

Be aware of

Speak to your doctor before use if you have kidney disease or take medicines that affect the kidneys. Creatine commonly causes a small weight gain from water retention in the first weeks. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains collagen of animal origin.
