What it is and what it is used for

Apple cider vinegar with fulvic acid. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid and is traditionally used to support digestion and healthy blood sugar balance. Fulvic acid is rich in trace minerals and helps carry nutrients into cells, supporting nutrient absorption, the gut microbiome and antioxidant defences.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

May lower blood glucose — monitor closely if you are diabetic and speak to your doctor about your medicine doses. Apple cider vinegar can lower potassium, so take care if you use diuretics, digoxin or insulin. Avoid if you have gastroparesis or an active stomach ulcer. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
