What it is and what it is used for

The sustained-release form of alpha-GPC. Same 300 mg of highly bioavailable choline, released gradually rather than all at once, which gives a steadier level through the day and suits patients who find the immediate-release form too sharp.

Alpha-GPC is used by the brain to make acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter associated with memory, attention and learning.

How to use

One capsule daily in the morning, swallowed whole. Do not open, crush or chew — that destroys the sustained release.

Be aware of

A 30-capsule pack is a one-month course at one daily.
