What it is and what it is used for

Alpha-GPC (alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine) is a highly bioavailable source of choline that crosses into the brain, where it is used to make acetylcholine — the neurotransmitter most closely associated with memory, attention and learning.

Taken to support cognitive function and cellular energy production. Levels of choline availability tend to fall with age, which is why this is a common addition in later life.

How to use

One capsule daily, taken in the morning, with or without food, or as directed.

Be aware of

Best taken earlier in the day. A few people notice headache when starting — that usually settles, but tell us if it does not.
