Ubiquinone (CoQ10) Capsules (30 caps)

Coenzyme Q10 in its ubiquinone form, a component of the mitochondrial energy chain and a fat-soluble antioxidant concentrated in the heart. Levels fall with age and with statin use. Compounded by Fagron in the strength you choose.

How to use

One capsule daily with a meal containing some fat — CoQ10 is poorly absorbed on an empty stomach. Or as directed.

Good to know

If you take warfarin, speak to us first — CoQ10 can reduce its effect and shift your INR. Tell us if you take blood pressure or diabetes medication, as small dose adjustments are sometimes needed.
