Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid concentrated in the heart, muscle and retina, with roles in cardiac rhythm, bile formation and cellular hydration. Compounded by Fagron in the strength you choose.

How to use

One capsule daily, with or without food, or as directed.

Good to know

Well tolerated. Tell us if you take lithium or medication for blood pressure, as taurine can modestly affect both.
