AMLAC 12.5% (Ammonium Lactate) Lotion

A 12.5% ammonium lactate lotion for genuinely dry, rough or scaly skin. Ammonium lactate does two things at once — it draws water into the skin and loosens the bonds between dead surface cells, so rough areas smooth out rather than just feeling temporarily softer.

How to use

Apply to the affected areas twice daily and rub in well. Most often used on shins, arms, elbows and knees.

Good to know

It can sting on broken or freshly shaved skin. Avoid the face unless we have specifically advised it.
