What it is and what it is used for

L-glutamine in a larger pack. The most abundant amino acid in the body, it becomes conditionally essential under physical stress. It is the preferred fuel of the cells lining the gut, and supports muscle recovery, immune function and tissue repair.

How to use

One measured scoop daily in cool water, or as directed by your prescriber. Do not add to hot liquids.

Be aware of

Speak to your doctor before use if you have liver or kidney disease, or a history of seizures. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice. People with a history of cancer should discuss glutamine with their oncologist first.
