What it is and what it is used for

Vitamin C is required for the growth and repair of tissue throughout the body. It is essential for collagen synthesis, contributes to normal immune function, and supports wound healing.

The body cannot make or store it, so a daily intake matters. A 120-capsule pack is four months at one daily.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed. Splitting the dose across the day improves absorption if you have been given a higher intake.

Be aware of

Useful alongside glutathione, which it helps recycle. High doses can cause loose stools — if that happens, reduce the amount and it settles.
