What it is and what it is used for

Resveratrol is a polyphenol found in grape skin and red wine, taken for its antioxidant activity and its role in supporting normal immune regulation and cardiovascular health.

It is one of the compounds most often discussed in relation to healthy ageing, largely for its effect on oxidative stress in the vascular wall.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed. Taking it with a meal containing some fat improves absorption.

Be aware of

Resveratrol has mild blood-thinning activity. If you take warfarin, aspirin or another anticoagulant, or you have surgery planned, speak to us before starting.
