Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate 75 mg Capsules (30 capsules)

What it is and what it is used for

The higher strength of pyridoxal 5-phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6 that the body uses directly without needing a liver conversion step.

B6 is a cofactor for over a hundred enzymes, including those that build serotonin, dopamine and GABA, and supports normal nerve function, protein metabolism and hormone regulation.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed.

Be aware of

Do not exceed the dose or take it long-term without review. Sustained high-dose vitamin B6 can cause peripheral neuropathy — tingling or numbness in the hands and feet. Tell us if you notice any new numbness. Start on the 50 mg unless we have advised otherwise.
