What it is and what it is used for

Magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine — a well-absorbed form that is gentler on the digestive system than magnesium oxide. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, nervous system balance, sleep quality and energy metabolism.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Speak to your doctor before use if you have kidney disease — magnesium can accumulate. Magnesium can reduce the absorption of some antibiotics, bisphosphonates and thyroid medicine; separate the doses by at least two hours. Loose stools are the usual sign the dose is too high.
