Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a culinary and medicinal mushroom taken for cognitive and nervous system support. Its compounds are studied for their influence on nerve growth factor, which is why it has become one of the more popular additions for focus and mental clarity.

It also carries antioxidant activity and supports a healthy inflammatory response and gut lining.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed.

Be aware of

Effects build slowly — allow eight to twelve weeks. Avoid if you have a mushroom allergy. Lion's Mane may have mild effects on blood glucose and clotting, so tell us if you take medication for either.
