What it is and what it is used for

Lecithin supplies phospholipids — principally phosphatidylcholine — which form the membranes of cells and mitochondria. It also takes part in normal fat metabolism, which matters for energy production.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Usually derived from soy or sunflower — tell us before ordering if you have a soy allergy. May cause mild nausea or loose stools. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice.
