L-theanine is a non-habit-forming amino acid found naturally in green tea. It is associated with calm alertness — easing mental and physical tension without causing drowsiness.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as needed during periods of stress, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

L-theanine may lower blood pressure and can add to the effect of sedative medicines and alcohol. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice. This is a supplement and is not a treatment for an anxiety disorder — persistent anxiety deserves proper support from a doctor.
