What it is and what it is used for

L-methionine is an essential sulphur-containing amino acid the body cannot make for itself. It is required for protein synthesis and takes part in normal fat metabolism, energy production and the liver's detoxification pathways.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Not suitable if you have a raised homocysteine level or an inherited disorder of methionine metabolism. Speak to your doctor before use in pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you have liver or kidney disease.
