What it is and what it is used for

A three-part antioxidant formulation. Glutathione is the body's principal cellular antioxidant, N-acetylcysteine supplies the raw material to make more of it, and vitamin C helps regenerate glutathione after it has been used. Together they support antioxidant defences and mitochondrial integrity.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

N-acetylcysteine may increase bleeding risk with blood thinners and can worsen asthma in a small number of people. High-dose vitamin C is not suitable if you form calcium oxalate kidney stones or have haemochromatosis, and can cause loose stools. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice.
