What it is and what it is used for

A three-part formulation combining L-glutathione, milk thistle (silymarin) and alpha lipoic acid. All three are associated with antioxidant activity and with the liver's normal detoxification pathways.

How to use

One capsule daily with food, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Milk thistle can affect how the liver processes certain medicines — tell your doctor or pharmacist what else you take. Alpha lipoic acid may lower blood glucose, so monitor closely if you are diabetic. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding. This product is a supplement and is not a treatment for liver disease; persistent symptoms should be assessed by a doctor.
