What it is and what it is used for

Nine billion CFU of Bacillus coagulans (L. sporogenes) with 100 mg of inulin prebiotic fibre, to support a balanced gut microbiome, digestive comfort and everyday gastrointestinal wellbeing. This spore-forming strain is stable at room temperature.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Wind and bloating are common in the first few days and usually settle. Speak to your doctor before use if you are immunosuppressed, have a central venous line, or are seriously unwell — live cultures are not recommended in those situations. If taking alongside antibiotics, separate the doses by at least two hours.
