What it is and what it is used for

Glycine is the smallest amino acid and takes part in liver detoxification pathways and in the body's production of glutathione, DNA and haemoglobin. It also acts as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system.

How to use

One measured scoop daily in water, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Speak to your doctor before use if you take clozapine, as glycine may reduce its effect. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice.
