What it is and what it is used for

A combination of L-glutathione, collagen and coenzyme Q10 taken orally for skin clarity, tone and elasticity. The three work on different parts of the same picture — glutathione on pigment and oxidative stress, collagen on the dermal matrix, CoQ10 on cellular energy.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed. Best on an empty stomach for the glutathione component.

Be aware of

Skin responds slowly. Allow twelve weeks, and keep a photograph from the start so you have something honest to compare against. Works better alongside daily sunscreen than without it.
