What it is and what it is used for

Glisodin is a melon-derived superoxide dismutase bound to a wheat gliadin carrier that protects it through digestion. It is taken to support the body's own antioxidant enzyme systems, including glutathione, and to help protect cells against oxidative stress.

How to use

One capsule daily, or as directed by your prescriber.

Be aware of

Contains wheat gliadin — not suitable if you have coeliac disease, a wheat allergy or gluten sensitivity. Avoid if you are allergic to melon. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice.
