What it is and what it is used for

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is the brain's principal inhibitory neurotransmitter, dampening neuronal excitability and allowing the nervous system to settle.

Taken to support mental calm and a balanced nervous system. 250 mg is the mid strength.

How to use

One capsule daily, usually in the evening, or as directed.

Be aware of
