What it is and what it is used for

The highest strength coenzyme Q10 in the range, generally used under practitioner direction. CoQ10 is an antioxidant concentrated in the mitochondria, where it takes part in cellular energy production.

How to use

Strictly as directed by your prescriber. Take with a meal containing fat, which improves absorption.

Be aware of

This strength is well above a general wellness dose — please have it confirmed by your prescriber before starting. CoQ10 may reduce the effect of warfarin — tell your doctor if you take it. It may also lower blood pressure and blood glucose. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding. This is a supplement and is not a treatment for any heart or neurological condition — never stop prescribed medicine.
