Alpha Lipoic Acid 3% Cream (50 ml)

What it is and what it is used for

Alpha lipoic acid in a topical cream at 3%. Unusually among antioxidants it works in both the watery and the oily parts of the skin, and it also has anti-inflammatory activity — which is why it is used on skin showing the effects of long-term sun exposure.

How to use

Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin in the evening. Start every second night if your skin is reactive and build up as tolerated.

Be aware of

A brief tingle on application is normal. Daily sunscreen is essential alongside any antioxidant routine — without it you are undoing the work.
