What it is and what it is used for

The highest strength of acetyl-L-carnitine in the range. Crosses the blood-brain barrier readily, carries long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria for energy production, and contributes to acetylcholine synthesis.

How to use

One capsule daily, taken in the morning, with or without food, or as directed.

Be aware of

Take it earlier in the day — it can feel stimulating and disturb sleep if taken late. Work up from a lower strength rather than starting here.
